Operation method of Double Lumen laryngeal mask:
The patient needs to be in a supine position with their head slightly tilted back. After the patient is anesthetized, the operator holds a dual lumen laryngeal mask in his right hand and faces the patient. The operator pulls the patient's chin with his left hand to expand the oral space, based on the angle at which the oral and throat can be seen. Next, the ventilation mask is placed downward along the centerline of the tongue, tightly against the posterior wall of the throat, while extending the index finger. The ventilation mask is pushed towards the lower part of the pharynx until it can no longer be pushed forward. Then, the outer end of the catheter is fixed and the index finger is removed.
